Chef Craig and wife Carolyn moved to Hamilton, NY in 1997 and soon grew to love it’s scenic beauty and quaint atmosphere. Parkside Deli & Catering, a traditional American Food Establishment, has been a part of the Colgate Community since 1998.  Chef Craig, Graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, along with line cooks Allen Johnson ("Breakfast Man), John Coy ("Coy"), and Sean Moniyhan ("Spike"), together bring a whole new dining experience to Parkside Deli & Catering. All of our food is prepared fresh daily using the finest ingredients.  Our selection of food ranges from fresh baked goods, garden salads, cold deli salads, Boar’s Head meats, wraps, sandwiches, panini’s, to a wide variety of hot and cold catering items.

Relying on fresh ingredients, our menu is inspired by the healthful flavor and fresh aspects of American cuisine. Our belief in providing the best ingredients is also reflected in our commitment to buy fresh, local, products.

Our reputation has been built with loyalty of our customers, the community and our staff. Our ingredients are important, but no more important then our dedicated and hardworking staff.

Parkside, was designed to create a casual environment that allows each guest the pleasure of relaxed dining. Our menu is comprehensive, however, if you don’t see it on the menu all you have to do is ask and our cooks will be happy to make it.

Parkside has now established a strong reputation, and travelers from many other cities visit to enjoy a meal.
